Throughout the year The Tasty Ski Company provides an end to end solution for the purchase, development and management of property in the Portes du Soleil and Grand Massif. We offer a lease back programme where The Tasty Ski Company rents the completed property from the owners, guaranteeing a secure investment return. The owner can take any number of weeks for themselves on a flexible basis to suit their personal requirements. We will consider properties in both areas to add to our current selection of catered chalets in both Morzine and Le Grand Massif.

Purchasing

We provide introductions to the local estate agents and advise on the suitability of your potential investment as a holiday rental. We can attend meetings with estate agents and viewings with you at any properties that you are considering purchasing. If you are not able to view a property that has recently been released onto the market then we can attend appointments on your behalf and send you detailed feedback on it’s investment potential.

Renovating

If your property requires renovation work then we provide an end to end management solution until it is ready for the holiday rental market. We can instruct architects, structural engineers and local tradesmen on your behalf to work towards your desired completion date. We advise on what internal and external layouts work best for your property in order to maximise your return on investment. We work closely with the Mayor’s office to ensure that any required planning goes through smoothly. If you are in need of ideas then we are more than happy for you to visit our existing properties for some inspiration.

Management

Once the renovation is complete the property is then leased back to The Tasty Ski Company. We are very flexible with this arrangement – owners are able to take a number of weeks during the year for their personal use. Most importantly we understand that this is your holiday home and we go to great lengths to ensure that your property is managed efficiently and with a great deal of care. We offer a very competitive annual yield to compliment the capital growth on your investment. As an established operator of luxury alpine properties you can rest assured that your property is in good hands.
